1. Using Nexind

Content is provided for educational and informational purposes. It may not cover every syllabus requirement and should not replace official guidance, professional judgement or clinical supervision.
4. User submissions
You remain responsible for material you submit. Do not post unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or confidential personal information that you do not have permission to share.
5. Intellectual property
Nexind's branding, interface and original platform material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit protected material without permission or a lawful basis.
6. Paid features
Where paid features are offered, the applicable price, included features, billing conditions and refund terms should be displayed before purchase. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Availability and changes
Features and content may change as the platform develops. We will not use these terms to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
